What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Engineering or related technical field preferred.
- Experience with structural adhesives, composite materials, and specialty chemical surface treatment.
- Experience with Aviation/Aerospace Industry materials processing, and part manufacturing.
- Excellent interpersonal skills are essential – must have excellent customer interaction and communication skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.
- Project management skills are essential.
- The ability to work autonomously on multiple projects is essential.
- Up-to-date computer skills are essential. Including business typing skills, strong literacy in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Power Point, sales management software, and Microsoft Outlook.
- Experience in polymer science and /or experience with chemical manufacturing processes is desirable.
- Must be willing to travel 25%-35% of your time to locations across the country with some international travel required. Preference will be given to candidates that are near a major airport to allow for the ease and options of travel offered.
The salary for this role is $88,000.00 - $125,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
