檢舉內容
漢高的行為準則、價值觀、領導承諾和進一步的內部標準都體現了對我們自身行為、商業以及利益相關者行為的高度期望。包括違法行為在內的任何可能違反漢高這些基準的行為都可能被檢舉。尤其是，有關人權和環境風險，以及因漢高或漢高供應商的商業活動而產生的與人權相關或環境義務相違背的行為也可能被檢舉。
檢舉渠道
我們為檢舉者提供各種渠道來檢舉潛在的不當行為。
- 員工可能會求助於其上級、人力資源部、合規或法律部門來提出他們的顧慮、獲得建議，並檢舉潛在的不當行為。
- 可通過以下方式聯系由漢高管理委員會授權的漢高合規組織來負責任地處理提交給集團的所有檢舉內容
- 通過電子郵件 (compliance.office@henkel.com),
- 通過線上表單
- 通過漢高合規熱線進行公開或匿名檢舉（電話及線上表單的聯系人和訪問代碼可以在頁面下方找到）
- 如果檢舉人涉及漢高在歐盟的公司，但不希望涉及漢高股份有限及兩合公司的合規經理（包含本地合規經理），可向獨立於漢高組織並受職業保密約束的外部監察員檢舉。
- 最後，在某些司法管轄區，漢高完全支持檢舉人直接向政府機構進行舉報。
查閱和處理檢舉人的報告
漢高將非常謹慎、快速和保密地對待任何檢舉人的報告，並完全遵守適用的隱私法。
這包括嚴格的工作需要原則，即只有漢高合規集團組織（本地和全球），以及當事件需要時其他相關部門和外部專業調查人員或審計員能夠查閱、調查和跟進檢舉報告。
調查過程將正式登記和記錄在案。調查要遵循程序公平性和客觀性原則，繼而公正地決策。同時，在違規行為被證實之前，所有涉案人員均被認定為清白。
漢高對已發現的不當行為將采取有力措施，其中包括對違規者采取適當的紀律措施。在適當的情況下，漢高可能會讓政府機構參與並提起訴訟。根據已調查的事實，漢高的合規組織（當地和全球）通常會與主管業務的部門經理和人力資源部門合作，共同裁定對違規事件的處理措施。
答復和保護檢舉人
檢舉人將盡快收到答復。作為一般指導，我們在收到任何檢舉報告後的七天內將予以答復，並在三個月內給予事件結論或更新信息。根據適用法律，答復必須考慮到所有涉及的人員的保密性和隱私權。
漢高不會容忍任何類型的報復。我們會保護每位善意發言的人，哪怕其所說的被證明為無事實根據的。
