What you'll do
- Contributes to set up and achievement of Sustainability strategies and strategic priorities at Purchasing Adhesive Technologies
- Drives and/or supports strategic projects and/or workstreams as per assignment from inception to completion
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams (both internal and external) on Sustainability projects, deliver actionable insights to ensure project success
- Gathers and analyses data from various sources (incl. data from purchasing,, sustainability, business, market insights), identifying trends, patterns & insights to enable informed business decision making
- Leads and supports preparation of Sustainability data materials for internal and external engagements
§Responsible for monitoring and reporting of Sustainability Project progress within FPA - Assists in the development of data models, algorithms and statistical analysis
- Owns and continuously improves SI & Sustainability SharePoint pages to the benefit of Henkel Adhesive Technologies and Purchasing Adhesive Technologies
What makes you a good fit
- 5+ professional experience in a Multi-National environment (incl. internship). Henkel experience – advantage.
- Bachelor / master’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Environmental Science, Sustainability
- Project management experience is an advantage
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, R or similar
- Experience with data visualization tools like PowerBI, or similar
- Proficient user of MS Office, especially Excel, PowerBI and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills
- High degree of commitment, motivation and agility
