About this position
What you'll do
- Strategic Learning & Development Leadership: Lead the translation of global learning and development needs into strategic, business-aligned solutions, overseeing the development and implementation of global learning programs and initiatives
- Global Learning & Development Strategy: Define and drive the global learning strategy, policies, and frameworks in collaboration with senior leadership, ensuring globally consistent, standardized learning processes that align with Henkel's business goals
- Cultural Transformation Leadership: Shape and drive initiatives that embed our values and Leadership Commitments into daily operations and leadership behaviors. Partner with key stakeholders to promote a culture of accountability, integrity, and leadership role modeling
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Enable and collaborate with Henkel’s global learning & culture community, working in partnership and co-creation mode with regional Centers of Expertise (CoEs) and Corporate HR Business Partners (HRBPs)
- Leadership Development & Role Modeling: Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure they act as role models, embedding Henkel's values into decision-making and team interactions
- Data-Driven Learning & Culture Insights: Analyze global learning and culture KPIs to assess impact and drive continuous improvement in learning outcomes and cultural transformation
- External Partnerships: Identify, onboard, and manage strategic partnerships with external global learning and culture providers to develop programs that support Henkel’s business agenda and drive impactful learning experiences
- Innovation & Market Trends: Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations to ensure Henkel's learning and culture programs remain cutting-edge and aligned with market developments
What makes you a good fit
- Master’s degree in a related field with 6+ years of experience, including leadership roles
- Proven ability to lead global learning and culture transformation programs, fostering collaboration across multiple regions and cultures
- Proven ability to design, manage, and implement comprehensive learning and cultural transformation programs that align with business and leadership strategies
- Strong knowledge of learning technologies, market trends, and innovations, with an ability to incorporate external insights into internal strategies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven track record of working effectively across global and regional teams
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German and additional languages is a significant advantage
