What you'll do

  • Communicate MAPE, Bias and lagging forecast accuracy along with worst performers root cause and corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and project managers to obtain the best short, mid and long-range forecasts to meet Business Planning KPI Target monthly.
  • Doing Analysis at different levels, such as customer, product, technology etc. to make sure to have a balanced forecast.
  • Support Business Planning Manager to align with Controlling team and root cause Monetized Demand Plan vs Rolling Forecast (RFC).
  • Data Integrity check need to be performed few times a month.
  • Partner with Business planning manager on the demand review process in support of S&OP, S&OE and Demand Reviews.
  • Support and participate in local supply review meetings in support of S&OP.
  • Review History, Statistical and Enrichment alerts within APO.
  • Adjusts the finished good and customer level forecast based on established processes. Communicate these adjustments to the cross functional teams in a proactive manner.
  • Communicate MAPE, Bias and lagging forecast accuracy along with worst performers root cause and corrective actions.
  • Review ACE to align forecast with sales and in APO for attrition, product transitions, and new business.
  • Run sales reporting activities and ensure integrity and completeness of the data reported.
  • Support Sales, Product Line Management and Marketing teams with specific analysis.
  • Update and develop daily, weekly and monthly reports.
  • Participate in team discussions/meetings.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations for key meetings.
  • Support the company’s culture and business mission by promoting communication, teamwork, and the respectful treatment of all individuals.
  • Ad hoc Reporting.
  • Work in SAP ERP,ACE.

What makes you a good fit

  • 5 years + experience in Business/Demand Planning, Finance or Supply Chain/ Operations Management/ Business Administration or similar.
  • Education bachelor’s degree
  • Fluency in English (writing/reading/speaking).
  • Candidate needs to be agile and be able to adapt to changes quickly.
  • Advanced MS Office (Excel/Power Point). Power BI and Power Pivot.
  • Demonstrated high analytical and logical thinking skills under time pressure.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Self-discipline to deliver results according to defined timelines and targets.
  • SAP ERP a plus

The salary for this role is $85,000.00 - $110,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
